We extend all of our usual services right to your front door. Whether you just need a quick tune up to get your PC running faster or Malware removal, no job is too big or too small.
Most issues are diagnosed and quoted for in advance and we can solve most issues in 1-2 hours.
How we work
After you contact us with an issue, we will formulate a provisional diagnosis. We can then agree upon a plan of action and outline costs. If parts are required these will then be ordered and we will arrange a mutually beneficial time to visit you.
Once we are at your premises, we will complete the agreed work as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Once the work is completed to the satisfaction of both parties, we will take payment.

2. How much does it cost?
Charges are usually agreed in advance of commencement of any work. This will usually be at a flat hourly rate.
3. What other help is available?
Our door is open and phone lines available between 10:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. Our office is accessible by wheelchair.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in cash and via credit/debit card. For payments of ongoing monthly services such as managed antivirus, we can set up a direct debit.
